For the group stage, round of 16 and quarter finals of the tournament there was 11 unique editions with a special cover tailored to each of the host cities, for example there was one edition for England with a London themed cover, one for Scotland with a Glasgow themed cover, one for Italy with a Rome cover and so on. In addition there were two semi final programmes and a final match programme.
All programmes will be sent out as one consignment in a protective box.
